Flipping Negative Self Talk

Let’s talk about flipping negative self-talk. Those whispers that say “you can’t” or “you’re not enough” aren’t truth—they’re old habits. Step one: notice them. Ask—Is it true? Is it kind? Is it helpful? Step two: release it. Thank it for trying to protect you, then let it go—like a leaf floating downstream. Step three: replace it. I call it Flip the Switch: catch it, replace it, repeat it.
Swap “I can’t do this” for “I’m learning and getting stronger every day.” Write three affirmations and say them each morning. Back them up with action—one small confidence-builder a day: a walk, a hobby, helping someone else.
Over time, your inner voice becomes your ally. And that’s the core of my coaching—because the way you talk to yourself becomes the way you live your life.
