You know, I’ve learned the hard way that our body is always speaking to us — not with words, but through sensations. For me, it came in the form of two frozen shoulders. At first, I just pushed through, like I always did. But over time, I realized… this wasn’t just physical. My body was crying out, "You’re carrying too much." And it was right. The weight of responsibilities, expectations, emotions — all of it — had landed right there in my shoulder.


So I started to listen. To pause. To ask, "What do I need to let go of?" And that shifted everything. When we get curious about those aches and tensions — the tight neck, the back pain, the exhaustion — we start to uncover where we’re out of alignment. That awareness is where healing begins.


Honor your body. It's not against you — it's trying to guide you back to balance. Listen with love, and it will speak with wisdom.
