Boosting Your Self Esteem

You know, low self-esteem is something so many of us struggle with—and yet, we rarely pause to reflect on how we speak to ourselves. The truth is, the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one you have with you. You are your one constant companion, and it’s time to stop being your worst critic.
Here’s an exercise I give my clients, and I do it too: “Five Things I Like About Myself.”Write down five things you genuinely like about you—and don’t play small here. If you're stuck, think about what you love in others. Chances are, those qualities live in you too.
Do this every day for a week. Five new things. At the end of the week, stand in front of a mirror and read your list out loud. Not to find your flaws, but to see your magnificence.
I know it might feel awkward—but that resistance? That’s exactly where the healing begins.
You are worthy. You are enough. And it’s time you started seeing it for yourself.
