Because here’s the truth—when we actually notice the moments we feel joyful or at peace, that’s where the magic lives.

Ask yourself: What does joy feel like in your body? What are you thinking when you're truly at ease? Take a breath. Savor it. Be grateful for it.

That awareness? It helps us retrace our steps. We begin to see the little choices that led us there—maybe it was forgiveness, generosity, or simply letting something go.

And the best part? Once you know what lights you up, you can recreate it. Even on the hard days. A song, a photo, a memory—whatever brings a smile—use it.
Because the more we focus on happiness, the more it grows. And over time, it stops being a moment. It becomes a habit.
