The healing begins when you stop trying to understand them and start focusing on you.

Feel it. Grieve it. But don’t stay stuck in the pain. Start pouring into your own cup. Get quiet. Get clear. Ask yourself, What did I learn? What am I reclaiming?
Cut the energetic cords—block them if you need to. You don’t owe access to someone who broke your peace.
